I normally don't like to talk about people of a nation as a whole, but I will: Germans are nice, polite, kind, and righteous!
If the cops were fining all the foreigners that were not abiding traffic laws, the city would be rich. But I guess that during the World cup, they decided to turn a blind eye on simple infringements.
Moreover, if they weren't so nice, we would complain they weren't. so for one time the authorities do something good, let's give credit.
oh! and by the way, I don't hate you. maybe because I'm too nice, hence too stupid... or so I will let you think.
